Once delivered the product can only be exchanged or returned in following instances

-if the product does not match the description , however this clause is subject to an exception, as our products are handmade so every piece may vary from another slightly in colour or shape or both,

-in case the product has been delivered in damaged condition, provided you have sufficient photos or video evidence to support your case,

Return or exchange can only be awailed within 3 days from delivery time.

No, these pottery items are not painted black. The black colour of these items is a result of baking them at a high temperature.
